Order Status: Only orders with the status “Pending” or “Processing” are eligible for cancellation. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled through this policy and must follow the Return & Refund Policy.

Please note that once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

2. How to Cancel Your Order
