1. Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 5 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all exchanges.
  • Eligible Items: Only the following items are eligible for exchange:
    • Defective or Damaged Products: If the item arrived damaged or defective.
    • Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

Please note that opened or used perfumes are non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including:

  • Opened or Used Perfumes: For hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Gift Cards: Cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  • Personalized Items: Customized products are non-exchangeable unless defective.

3. Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@perfucia.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed exchange instructions.
  3. Package Your Exchange: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Exchange: Send the package to the address provided in the exchange instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., damaged or defective item).
  5. Select Replacement: Once your return is received and inspected, you can select your replacement item. If the desired replacement is out of stock, you may choose an alternative product or request a refund.

4. Exchange Options

Depending on the availability and nature of your exchange request, you may have the following options:

  • Same Item Exchange: Exchange for the same product in a different size, color, or variant (if applicable).
  • Different Item Exchange: Exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.

5. Refunds for Exchanges

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the exchange is approved.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item and wish to exchange it:

  1. Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or issues with your exchange delivery. Perfucia.com is not responsible for exchanges shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
