1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Please note that due to the nature of our products, opened or used perfumes are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or Used Perfumes: For hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift Cards: Cannot be redeemed for cash or returned.
- Personalized Items: Customized products are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@perfucia.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed return instructions.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Return: We will initiate the return pickup of the product
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Items: If the return is rejected (e.g., items are not in original condition), you will receive an email explaining the reason.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please follow the Return Process outlined above.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 7-10 business days after your return was processed:
- Check Your Bank Account: It may take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
- Contact Your Bank: There may be delays on their end.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify Us Immediately: Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage or defect.
- Resolution: We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Perfucia.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
9. International Returns

10. Refunds for Promotional Items
Items purchased during promotions or with discount codes are eligible for refunds based on the original purchase price. Any promotional discounts applied will be refunded proportionally.
